只改
tests/deployment/test_pull_and_deploy.py的test_signal_after_candidate_start_rolls_back，不改部署脚本、fixture 或其他测试。改动
HEALTH_ATTEMPTS=30/HEALTH_INTERVAL_SECONDS=1，候选阶段保持starting。up -d之后写出真实State.Health.Status探测，再发 TERM。up -d之后才把健康文件改为healthy，让回滚健康确认通过。rc == 143，stderr 不含候选健康超时或回滚健康失败；两条up、第二含旧摘要、两条之间至少一次真实探测，.deploy-image仍为旧值。kill+AssertionError。删除 TERM 必须在回滚等待处变红，不能走健康超时假绿。Refs #237
