CacheManager.save_llm_status唯一状态持久化边界清理过期章节诊断：generated、skipped_short、skipped_no_timeline、disabled四个正常终态清除chapters_error。pending、failed、未传章节状态保留既有诊断；失败可写入新错误。验收证据
tests/unit/test_chapters_error_cleanup.py的 12 项覆盖清理、保留及新错误写入。1030776cfbefadd30bc89abd1222b94ce6e4cf3d，生产内容不再改动。make test退出 0；日志没有数量汇总，不宣称通过条数。docs/sessions/261012-issue-fixes/progress/latest-main-precheck.md；原独审：docs/sessions/261012-issue-fixes/reviews/chapter-error-verdict.md。没有执行部署或生产探活。
