- Course Auditor

- Course Auditor can support read-only course review, including draft or unpublished content where appropriate.
- Role descriptions and permission explanations are clear in the Console.
- Assignment flows support these roles consistently.
- Studio behavior matches the intended role boundaries.
- Compatibility with existing Course Admin, Staff, and Limited Staff behavior is documented.
