Summary

Fixes the attribution gaps raised in interscript/rababa#46 (originally addressing the main rababa repo; this PR mirrors the fix into the rababa-tashkeela data repo).

  • Fix typo: Taha ZeroukiTaha Zerrouki
  • Expand the License section with an explicit GPLv2 link and inheritance note
  • Add a structured Attributions section with per-source license fields (matching the style of fix: update copyright, license and attribution, fixes #46 rababa#47 in the main repo)
  • Add a redistribution note clarifying GPLv2 obligations for downstream users

Why

Both the main rababa repo and this rababa-tashkeela data repo redistribute the Tashkeela dataset. Both should carry consistent, explicit acknowledgment of the original authors (Taha Zerrouki for Tashkeela, Hamza Abbad for the processed variant) and the GPLv2 license terms.

Test plan

  • README renders correctly on GitHub (AsciiDoc)
  • All attribution links resolve
  • License section clearly states GPLv2 inheritance

Fixes the attribution gaps raised in interscript/rababa#46.

- Fix typo: Taha Zerouki -> Taha Zerrouki
- Expand License section with explicit GPLv2 link and inheritance note
- Add structured Attributions section with per-source license fields
- Add redistribution note clarifying GPLv2 obligations for downstream users

Mirrors the attribution pattern from interscript/rababa#47 (which applied
to the main rababa repo) so both repos acknowledge the upstream authors
consistently.
