language（zh-CN | en）显示中英文。设计依据docs/sessions/vta-i18n-261019/design.md「方案要点」6 与「关键不变式」1、4。src/video_transcript_api/i18n/locales/{zh-CN,en}.json；Jinja 经install_i18n提供t()/html_lang()/og_locale()；静态页经GET /i18n.js注入web.*子集 +static/js/i18n.js的t/applyI18n。speaker_inference_meta.applied，说话人N/Speaker N正则仅兜底旧数据。floating-toc.js改用data-section定位，不再匹配中文标题。og_card.{lang}.png，旧og_card.png不读取。zh-CN：结果页说话人对话 HTML 与改动前逐字一致（夹具锁死），首页返回原常量。验证
