Before I wrote a line of Django, I was in the field — splicing fiber cables and knocking on doors in Choti Zareen. My brother built the infrastructure; I handled everything else: convincing customers to pay in advance before a single cable was laid, managing client onboarding, setting up the server room, and configuring MikroTik routers. We built a local ISP from zero to 150–500 active customers. That taught me more about execution and trust-building than any course could.
