KiCad variable "baking" #936

Description

There are some KiCad variables, like PROJECTNAME, or anything git-related, that can change or lose their value when panelizing with KiKit.

What I'd like is for KiKit to take the value of those variables as evaluated by KiCad for the original file, and replace them into the text in the output panel.

Depending on KiCad's APIs, the technical side will likely be either easy or too difficult. I'm not expecting you to re-implement KiCad's variable evaluation.

There is also how to specify which variables should be replaced with text.
