I built Kilobat CLI, an open-source macOS network diagnostics tool with a local stdio MCP server. This adds its catalog entry under Observability. The CLI is GPL-3.0-only; the separately distributed desktop app is proprietary.
I checked the current v0.45.1 release by building the CLI and using the MCP SDK to initialize the server, list its tools, and call
get_statuslocally. This does not imply testing every MCP client or feature.node scripts/validate-catalog.mjsandnode scripts/generate-readme.mjs.git diff --checkpasses.
