PR #527 split WOLFTPM_V185 (full) from WOLFTPM_PQC (lean subset). The PQC operation paths moved to the lean gate, but three name helpers TPM2_GetAlgName, TPM2_GetAlgId, TPM2_PrintPublicArea were left on WOLFTPM_V185, so lean builds could use ML-KEM but not name it.
