The prebuilt Linux binaries link against glibc, and any build on a current runner inherits a hard glibc 2.34 floor — that release re-versioned the pthread and dl symbols. Distributions older than 2.34 cannot run any asset we publish, and the runner images carrying an older glibc are retired, so the floor cannot be lowered.
This adds
x86_64-unknown-linux-muslandaarch64-unknown-linux-muslto the release matrix. musl links statically, so those binaries declare no libc requirement at all and run on glibc and musl hosts alike.binstallneeds no change —pkg-urlis already target-templated.The gnu targets stay, so existing download URLs, the Homebrew tap and the AUR PKGBUILD keep working.
Closes #14.
Built both targets locally: x86_64 is static-pie and runs on a glibc 2.43 host, aarch64 links clean.
fmt,clippy, 106 tests clean.
