The duplicate-column alert contains the misspelled Polish word “Prosze”, which should be corrected to “Proszę”.

This PR improves Bootstrap Table’s Polish locale by replacing English UI strings with Polish translations.
Changes:
- Translates sorting controls, duplicate-column alerts, and common actions.
- Translates fullscreen and custom-view controls.
- Adds a contributor credit in the file header comment.
