A feature allows TBS hold celebrations in Town hall automatically
How does it work ?
When account is logged, TBS will create "HoldCelebration" task like "RefreshVillage" for each village that enabled this feature.
TBS will go to town hall, start the celebration based on setting (small or big) and set next execution time after the celebration ends.
