I have this random error showing when I run ng serve or npm run build

ERROR in node_modules/@uirouter/angular-hybrid/interfaces.d.ts:2:61 - error TS2307: Cannot find module '@uirouter/angularjs' or its corresponding type declarations.

it is happening on both windows and linux instances.

You need to install @uirouter/angularjs

it is well installed and well present under node_modules folder
the error as I said is also intermitent

have you tried using the latest versions?

Also node 10?
