    call_user_func_array seems faster for most things so far, but not sure if i want to switch yet.

    Triaged for Tipsy 2.0 (#57)

    Internal implementation choice is settled (Reflection for some static Resource helpers; splat / __call elsewhere). No user-facing change. Closing as won’t-fix / resolved.
