   Triaged for Tipsy 2.0 (#57)

   Partially done: MySQL and Postgres are covered in CI + tests/DBTest.php. SQLite parsing exists in Resource, but there is still no sqlite test config/matrix. Leaving open for the remaining sqlite checkbox.
