Unfortunately, in particular with the libcurl error types, only the error code may mean various different things, e.g.
- libcurl error type 60 may mean "SSL: no alternative certificate subject name matches target host name 'www.example.com" or others
So localizing the error messages due to error code is not always a good idea since it might obscure the actual error message.
We might think about should the complete exception message always, make this configurable etc.
