Summary

  • Cherry-picks tuning availability data for swift-testing #160 onto release/6.4.x, which builds the published latest docs.
  • DocC synthesizes a spurious "Linux" availability badge on swift-testing symbol pages from the CI build host's target triple, regardless of which swift-testing ref is built. This adds strip_linux_availability to build_docs.py/strip_availability.py and turns it on for the swift-testing source, removing the incorrect badge from the published output.

Test plan

  • python3 -m unittest test_build_docs — 179 tests pass

* tuning availability data for swift-testing

* cleaning up doc comments about strip functions

* build docs workflow: check out PR head for matching-branch matrix job

The main-slug matrix entry hardcoded ref: main, so PR builds always
rebuilt the current main branch instead of the PR's own commits.
