Anon posters have skin in the game and only make the effort to write content because they want to share something important.

Describe the solution you'd like

Allow a setting for territories that limits all posts and comments to anon only.

Describe alternatives you've considered

There's 2 styles of chan boards, both options can be implemented:

• Every post is uniformly authored as "anonymous"
• Every poster gets the "anonymous" name, and a unique random ID for their replies in that topic (that ID does not transfer across different threads).
