Feature request - CoT Integration (ATAK, WinTAK, TAK Server etc) #179
Description
Many of the decoders already present within iNTERCEPT could benefit from having a CoT output in order to export tracked elements to software like ATAK. Many off the shelf solutions already exist such as adsbcot, aiscot or aprscot. This integration will likely also necessitate a basic pyTAK CoT router to connect the different CoT outputs to a TAK server (either through UDP, TCP or SSL)

This is being implemented in PR #247 (CoT/Cursor-on-Target export for ATAK/WinTAK/TAK Server — ADS-B/AIS/APRS, opt-in via
