Summary

• Extract the standalone documentation from the reviewed smooth-motion refresh.
• Record the successful source run, artifact, decoding and motion-review findings, and remaining presentation limitations.
• Mark the refreshed recordings as not published and retain the existing checked-in media set.

Scope

Only tutorials/README.md changes. No application code, videos, posters, captions, manifests or provenance files change. This is deliberately a documentation-only PR against staging, not a claim that the replacement videos are deployed.

Validation

• Confirmed the change is additive documentation only and the existing README content remains intact.
• Checked whitespace and the source-run/artifact references against the reviewed local changes.
• CI and deployment status are checked separately after publication.
