# TaskFlow — Team Task Manager

A full-stack web application for managing projects, assigning tasks, and tracking progress with role-based access control (Admin/Member).

- Signup/Login with secure bcrypt password hashing

- Admins can create projects and add members by email

- AJAX status updates without page reload

##  Local Setup
1. Clone the repo
2. Run `npm install`
3. Create `.env` file: MONGO_URL=your_mongodb_url
                       SESSION_SECRET=your_secret
                       PORT=8080
4. Run `node app.js`
5. Visit `http://localhost:8080`
