Review queue: 34 open PRs from clonea1, 33 still merge clean against today's main #2077

We have 34 open PRs, opened 2026-09-04 to 09-14, and the most recent one merged was #1890 on 09-26. They are all still current: against today's main (03a89793), 33 of 34 merge without textual conflicts (checked with git merge-tree; builds not yet re-run). The only conflict is #1802, in firmware/esp32-csi-node/test/Makefile, and we'll refresh that branch.

Each branch was cut from main on its own, so none is stacked on another. Some overlap in content, so merging one can make part of another redundant. These are the ones that unblock the most:

Sink: unblocks the fleet KPI page (#2076) and most of the rest

• feat(server): per-link CSI metrics keyed by (receiver, transmitter) #1828 per-link CSI metrics keyed by (receiver, transmitter). It includes the wire v2/v3 parsing from feat(server): parse CSI wire v2 and v3 headers #1806.
