Description

GPT reserve Luna fallback after limits are used up is being shown as unknown model.

Implemented in #1234 but will reopen once assigned.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use gpt-reserve in codex
2. OpenUsage shows unknown model

Expected Behavior

gpt-reserve should have its own slug inside the usage field with Luna rates.

Actual Behavior

GPT reserve Luna fallback after limits are used up is being shown as unknown model.
