Make an About Page

Should have

• version
• license attributions of
  • bing
  • Port Authority
• make it obvious we are not Port Authority
• link to
  • github
  • Android app (Android app has to do the same when this is out)
  • fb page: https://www.facebook.com/PATRealtimeTracker
• should abide by windows phone UI guidelines (if there are any... else... default to what looks like a stereotypical windows phone app)

Can definitely use the same text in the android app.
