Source Map and Compiled Code Not found

Hey.. first of.. very nice boilerplate code.. simple and to the point. I'm trying to run the code and not sure how to debug the react class, etc..

I do an
npm start (tried to change the start script with/without hot reload).. any help would be really appreciated
