Ruff 0.16 expanded its default rule set, which surfaced ~50 new violations. Pin the previous defaults explicitly so the version bump does not change the lint policy, and revert the auto fixes made for the newly enabled rules. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
