- removed tailwind cdn - use @source inline(...) in app.css to be able to use tailwind classes - renamed components to match shadcn base components names

- Updated DEVELOPMENT.md and README.md - added test theme and test assets to the /tests/data dir - Client accepts custom theme and assets paths (it copies custom theme files and assets during the build process and remove them after build is finished) - Updated Svelte components to support dynamic icon rendering
