br: reject a backup checkpoint created by another cluster - #72281
A checkpoint backup that is retried reuses the BackupTS, the finished ranges and the SST files recorded in the checkpoint. The checkpoint metadata only records a hash of the config, which contains the PD addresses but not the cluster behind them. If the cluster behind the same PD addresses is replaced, the retry accepts the old checkpoint and publishes a backup of the new cluster that holds the old cluster's data.
What changed and how does it work?
CheckpointMetadataForBackup records the cluster ID of the source cluster (cluster-id).
CheckCheckpoint fails when the checkpoint was created by another cluster. Checkpoint metadata without the field, written by an older BR, is accepted as before.

TestCheckCheckpointRejectsAnotherCluster covers a matching cluster, legacy metadata and another cluster. br/pkg/backup, br/pkg/checkpoint and br/pkg/task/repo pass with failpoints enabled.
Manual test with a nightly playground: br backup db of a 130 MB table with --ratelimit 1 to local storage, killed after 40 seconds so that the checkpoint holds some finished ranges. Then the playground was destroyed and a new one started on the same ports, with a one row table of the same name, and the same backup command was run again.

Walkthrough
Backup checkpoint metadata now records the source cluster ID. CheckCheckpoint rejects metadata with a different nonzero cluster ID and accepts legacy metadata with a zero ID.
Changes: Checkpoint cluster identity
Layer / File(s)
Summary
Record cluster identity br/pkg/checkpoint/backup.go, br/pkg/backup/client.go
Checkpoint metadata adds an optional cluster-id field. Newly created metadata stores the client’s cluster ID.
CheckCheckpoint rejects a nonzero cluster ID that differs from the client’s ID. Tests cover mismatched, matching, and zero-valued legacy metadata. The backup test target’s shard count changes from 21 to 23.
No demonstrated checkpoint-identity issue blocks merging. The reported targeted tests should still be confirmed through normal validation.

Explanation
Issue #70040 requires that checkpoint metadata be accepted only when its recorded source cluster identity matches the current cluster. The diff from merge base 0073665 to head 4830227 shows the following:
CheckpointMetadataForBackup gains ClusterID (cluster-id). StartCheckpointRunner writes bc.clusterID into new metadata.
Client.CheckCheckpoint returns ErrInvalidArgument when checkpointMeta.ClusterID is nonzero and differs from bc.clusterID. The error text names both IDs.
A zero ClusterID (legacy metadata) is still accepted.
TestCheckCheckpointRejectsAnotherCluster covers the cases the issue requires. It creates a checkpoint with cluster 1 through StartCheckpointRunner, then reloads it from storage. Cluster 3 is rejected. Cluster 1 passes and reuses the stored BackupTS (2). Legacy metadata without a cluster ID is accepted. The changes since the previous review only rewrite this test to go through the real runner and reload path, and add a shard-count update. The rejection happens inside CheckCheckpoint, which already gates checkpoint reuse by config hash. I did not re-verify the call order between CheckCheckpoint and GetTS in the backup task flow. This PR does not change that order, so the earlier conclusion holds.

Explanation
All changes support issue #70040:
br/pkg/checkpoint/backup.go: adds the ClusterID metadata field. This is the identity the fix checks.
br/pkg/backup/client.go: adds the mismatch check in CheckCheckpoint and records the cluster ID in StartCheckpointRunner.
br/pkg/backup/client_request_test.go: adds the test doubles and TestCheckCheckpointRejectsAnotherCluster. The test imports pd only to supply the PD client double.
br/pkg/backup/BUILD.bazel: raises the backup_testshard_count from 21 to 23 for the added test.
No unrelated product behavior appears in the reviewed diff.

I'm waiting for a pingcap member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work.
Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.
Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.

Exercise checkpoint creation and reload in the regression test.
TestCheckCheckpointRejectsAnotherCluster directly assigns checkpointMeta. It never calls StartCheckpointRunner or reloads metadata from storage, so it can still pass when the producer omits ClusterID or JSON persistence loses cluster-id.
Use the existing mock PD/manager fixture to start a checkpoint with StartCheckpointRunner, load the saved metadata, and pass that reloaded metadata to CheckCheckpoint with a different cluster ID. Keep the direct zero-ID case for legacy metadata.
This is a material test-coverage gap, not a demonstrated production defect. The production path currently writes ClusterID and uses the existing JSON persistence path.

Addressed the test nitpick in 4830227. TestCheckCheckpointRejectsAnotherCluster now writes the checkpoint through StartCheckpointRunner and reloads it with LoadCheckpointMetadataFromStorage. A client of another cluster is rejected, a client of the same cluster passes the check, reuses the stored BackupTS and starts the runner again, and metadata without a cluster id is still accepted. The test fails without the cluster id in the checkpoint.

What problem does this PR solve?
Issue Number: close #70040
Problem Summary:
A checkpoint backup that is retried reuses the
BackupTS, the finished ranges and the SST files recorded in the checkpoint.
CheckpointMetadataForBackuprecords the cluster ID of the source cluster (cluster-id).CheckCheckpointfails when the checkpoint was created by another cluster. Checkpoint metadata without the field, written by an older BR, is accepted as before.Check List
