Backport the go-farm amd64 assembly compatibility dependency update from upstream pingcap#56652 (8cbd4a0, ref pingcap#56635), keeping go.mod/go.sum/Bazel pins aligned. Use the cluster-wide etcd client in TestDoRequestRetryLeader so leader discovery examines all members rather than a random single follower. Preserve retry and response assertions.
