Retrying a partially applied CREATE TABLE batch could encounter a table-already-exists error and incorrectly treat the entire batch as successful, leaving subsequent tables uncreated.
For ActionCreateTables, use DDLEvent.GetEvents() to split the batch into individual CREATE statements in the MySQL writer. Execute each statement through the existing retry and ignorable-error handling logic.
An ignorable error, such as Error 1050, completes only the current statement, allowing the remaining CREATE statements to execute. Retrying the current statement or replaying the original batch can therefore complete the remaining table creations.
Preserve the original batch event for DDL timestamp bookkeeping and completion callbacks. Mark the batch complete only after every statement succeeds or returns an individually ignorable error.
Limit splitting to ActionCreateTables, preserving multi-table RENAME execution.

Release note
Fix an issue where TiCDC could skip remaining CREATE TABLE statements when retrying a partially applied batch, causing subsequent DML replication to fail.
Summary by CodeRabbit
Bug Fixes
Improved MySQL replication of batches that create multiple tables. An already-existing table no longer prevents later table creations from being processed.
Failures in later table creations are reported, and the batch is acknowledged only after all creations succeed.
Improved retry and partial-progress handling so successful table creations are preserved when a later creation fails.
Added coverage for batch creation during replication, including recovery from ignorable DDL failures and verification that subsequent tables and their data are replicated.
The MySQL writer now executes each statement in a batched CREATE TABLE event separately and stops on the first error. Tests cover statement errors, retries, event completion, callback behavior, and downstream replication.

execDDLWithMaxRetries processes each child DDL in order and returns the first error. Tests cover successful batches, existing-table errors, retries, partial failures, callback behavior, and multi-table RENAME TABLE.
The MySQL integration test applies the first statement before starting replication from a captured timestamp. It checks subsequent table creation, row replication, and the ignorable DDL failure log.
pingcap/ticdc#6746: Both changes execute batched CREATE statements separately and preserve batch completion semantics.
pingcap/ticdc#6797: This PR addresses the same batched CREATE retry and acknowledgement behavior on a different release branch.
pingcap/ticdc#6637: The DDL state query change is connected to the invalid-connection test in this PR.

A rabbit checks each table’s name, Then hops along the CREATE chain. If one statement meets a wall, The rest wait there; none skip at all. When every table joins the run, The rabbit thumps: the batch is done.
