Port eido pandas 3.0 fix into vendored eido - #516

Relax the pandas <3.0 upper bound and convert float('nan') -> None in the
multiline output formatter, so missing values from pandas >=3.0 DataFrames
render as empty fields instead of raising.
Ports the upstream eido fix: pepkit/eido#84 (issue), pepkit/eido#83 (fix).
