Backporting JDK-8372547: New test sun/security/provider/acvp/ML_DSA_Intrinsic_Test.java should be restricted to x86_64.
This PR requires x64 architecture for executing ML_DSA_Intrinsic_Test.java.
For parity with Oracle JDK.
Ran related tests on linux-x64, linux-aarch64, macos-aarch64 and windows-x64:
make test TEST=test/jdk/sun/security/provider/acvp/ML_DSA_Intrinsic_Test.java
