Stacked on #51, so
cargo-semvercompares against 2.0.0.This removes
LegacyStore,LegacyCredand thelegacyfeature, which have been deprecated since 1.0. None of the crates published on crates.io enable the feature. Applications that still hold credentials written by 0.5 or earlier need to migrate them with a 1.x release first, and the crate docs and README now point to the 1.0.0 migration guide.The legacy tests go with it, including the
concurrent_accesstest that failed intermittently on #50.
