Missing Sileo splashboard files #991

Expected Behavior?

The splashboard image displays correctly when launching Sileo.

Current Behavior?

Only a black screen is displayed on launch, even in system light mode.

Additional Information?

• Extends to apps installed from Sileo
• Affects TrollStore
• Doesn't affect sideloaded apps or apps installed through TrollStore
• '{DEFAULT GROUP}' folder under Library/SplashBoard/Snapshots is completely missing in affected apps, which stores splashboard launch images (needs clarification). Checked through Filza.
• Restoring rootfs and resetting did not fix the issue.

Steps to Reproduce

• Install latest version of Dopamine (this didn't happen on NathanLR)
