fix(deps): bump vitest to 4.1.12 for the @vitest/mocker advisories - #130

Two open Dependabot alerts (GHSA-qxg6-89mg-rqv8, GHSA-xp26-3454-mjgp) track @vitest/mocker < 4.1.12, first patched in 4.1.12. Dependabot cannot apply the security update itself because the vulnerable package is transitive through the pinned `vitest` 4.1.11, so its updater fails with `security_update_not_possible` (latest-resolvable 4.1.11). Bump the direct devDependency to `^4.1.12` and re-resolve; the lockfile diff is the vitest subtree only (vitest + 7 @vitest/* packages), no other dependency moves. Verification: `pnpm run typecheck` and `pnpm run test` (25 files / 649 tests) pass on the new version; the lockfile still resolves under the CI pnpm 11.21.0 `--frozen-lockfile`.
