Inconsistent use of baseurl with /

[rufuspollock]

Not clear whether baseurl should have forward and trailing slashes or not. Use inconsistently afaict.

[smth]

In the config, there should be no trailing slash: /base.

So in the templates it should be {{ site.baseurl }}/file.ext or {{ "/file.ext" | prepend: site.baseurl }}.

[rufuspollock]

Great. Can we document that in the README?

I've now added a link to an external explanation.
