Adds a new 'repo.branch_name' config option that allows customizing the
branch name template. The template uses #{identifier} as a placeholder
for the issue number.
Default: issue-#{identifier}
Changes:
- Add repo section to config.yaml fixtures with branch_name key
- Add repo to default_hash in config.rb
- Add branch_name method to Repo module using Utils.prompt_sub
- Update all hardcoded branch name usages to use Repo.branch_name
- Add tests for the new functionality

Add to your .wralph/config.yaml:
Default template is "issue-#{identifier}" which maintains backward compatibility.
