Summary

Expand pi-starship to twenty native presets while keeping existing IDs and saved settings intact.

• Add Lualine Bubbles, Eviline, Slanted Gaps, Catppuccin Tmux, Dracula Tmux, Powerlevel10k Lean, and Oh My Posh Atomic; refresh Pastel Powerline, Gruvbox Rainbow, and Tokyo Night.
• Keep Catppuccin Tmux on one primary row with the existing Mocha colors and rounded caps, avoiding stacked Pi/model pills.
• Fix optional segment transitions, Eviline backgrounds, and Jetpack progress separators; sanitize displayed tool names and bound oversized graphemes without changing ordinary wrapping.
• Update labels, upstream attribution, bundled references, lazy-runtime checks, and the minor Changeset.

Existing active settings and profiles are not rewritten automatically. Reapply a preset explicitly to use its updated document. Narrow terminals still wrap, and extension statuses retain their conditional line.

Verification

• npm run check passed: builds, Biome, package boundaries, and workspace typechecks.
• npm test: 17,124 passed, 15 skipped, no failures or unhandled errors.
• Focused verification: 630 tests passed, including 376 preset tests and a 5,400-case native rendering matrix.
• Package packing and tarball inspection passed: 168 files, twenty exact preset documents, required notices, and valid generated imports.
• Generated Jiti loading and offline package-directory RPC smoke passed without a provider run or settings write.
• Pre-commit staged Biome and affected-workspace build/typecheck passed.

Scope and limits

• Generated ./tmp research, previews, and font assets were deleted and are not included. No images or binary assets are committed.
• Physical-terminal font metrics, glyph joins, and contrast still need user review; automated checks do not establish visual acceptance.
• No dependency floors, package versions, tags, npm publications, or release workflows were changed or dispatched. Existing Changesets dependency-range warnings for other workspaces remain outside this PR.
