write structured grid arrays 1 row per line - #450

MF6 reads a structured grid's 2D array a row per READ, each starting a new line, but griddata arrays were written a layer per line, so MF6 couldn't read any varying TOP, BOTM, K, ... on a grid of more than one row. Shape them like the grid, (nrow, ncol) per layer, as period arrays already are, and indent each row. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Simulation child collections are lists since modflowpy#444. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

MF6 expects a structured grid array to have 1 row per line, but we wrote a full layer per line. fix it.
