Hand-checked one random O(n²) candidate per corpus repo (53): ~9 real data-sized, ~39 real nesting with small n, 5 detector errors. Guards the two generalizable error families (for-of header evaluated once; Object.values(Enum) outer). Candidates 2,144 → 2,110; only elysia's score moves (27 → 28), no grade changes. Fixture + FP catalog rows; breaking either guard fails the fixture.

…ters (v16)

Hand-checked one random O(n²) candidate per corpus repo (53). Five were
detector errors; two families are generalizable and now guarded:

- the iterable of for-of/for-in and a for initializer run once, not per
iteration (elysia: for (const t of types.some(...) ? all : types))
- Object.values/keys/entries(Enum) is a fixed list (immich integrity
  repository)

Corpus: candidates 2,144 -> 2,110 across 12 repos. Old vs new engine on
the 8 repos whose penalty moved: elysia 27 -> 28, every other score and
grade unchanged.
