CI jobs fail due to deprecated ubuntu-20.04 image

I noticed the CI jobs of #115 failed with the following error message:

This is a scheduled Ubuntu 20.04 retirement. Ubuntu 20.04 LTS runner will be removed on 2025-04-15. For more details, see https://github.com/actions/runner-images/issues/11101

Probably a newer Ubuntu image should be specified in https://github.com/linux-audit/audit-testsuite/blob/main/.github/workflows/continuous-integration.yml config file.
