agent-transcript-search is local-only by design:

• no network calls;
• no telemetry;
• no upload of transcripts, prompts, code, tool output, or credentials;
• indexing data stays in the SQLite database path you choose;
• --redact is available when exporting or printing results for sharing.

The tool can still index sensitive local text if you point it at sensitive transcripts. Treat the generated SQLite DB and unredacted exports as private artifacts.
