flip button can't be saved when using jquery mobile 1.4.0

i use phoenix on my project using jqery mobile 1.4.0 and i get flip button not saving to local storage. but it's work in jquery-2.0.3.min.js

can create scenario using phoenix, when checkbox/radio is checked at window onload, it will call css?

I didn't test plugin in mobile environment and couldn't say that will do it in the future.
