[SIL_Polytonic_Greek] mobile: remove breathing from standalone accent marks, add apostrophe

There's currently no way to input accent marks separately on mobile. I suspect it's because the dedicated key is misconfigured to include breathing in all cases (see screenshot here:).

There's also no apostrophe; maybe the acute accent key is supposed to output one based on context, but the breathing mark is preventing that (it is deleted last, after the accent).

So there's currently no way to input Iliad's third line "πολλὰς δ᾽ ἰφθῑ́μους..." (in an educational setting); no apostrophe, and you can only input ἰφθῑ̓́μους, with triple diacritics on the second ι.

Thanks for your report. Would you be able to tell me what keys you type on the desktop computer to type "πολλὰς δ᾽ ἰφθῑ́μους..." ? That would help me identify where the issue is in the mobile keyboard.
