PrimaveraScheduler ignores suspend/resume

I've been testing the scheduler lately for science. No really, we do not need it in our software, I'm simply looking at its output out of curiosity.

And I noticed that an in-progress task with Suspend and Resume dates around the Data date schedules as if the suspension weren't there at all.

I assume this is a known missing feature as the Schedulers are young and full of development.

They are young indeed!

Would you be able to concoct a brief example XER file illustrating the issue, perhaps with a brief note on expected/actual behaviour and I can use that as the basis for a fix.
