🤖 Summary
Stacked on #271.
Python 3.10 is end-of-life. This PR removes support for it.
requires-python = ">=3.11"and pyrightpythonVersion = "3.11".target-version. Ruff takes the target version fromrequires-python.3.10tox env and CI job.README.md,docs/index.md,AGENTS.md, and therequires-pythonheaders of the examples. With Python 3.11 as the target, ruff finds these upgrades:
Actor.start()returnsActorRef[Self], andActor.actor_refis typedActorRef[Self]. These replace the privateATypeVar, and thePYI019ignore is removed. The inferred types for subclasses are the same.LogLevelenum is aStrEnum. The tests do not callstr()on it, so theStrEnumstring behavior has no effect.
