Conversation
Cuts the Unreleased section of whats_new.rst from 70 KB to 22 KB and from 110 bullets to 57: each entry says what changed and the failure it fixes in a clause, with at most one headline number, and related entries are merged. saliency and dependency_map move up next to Packed sequences. Every Thanks, issue link and citation is kept on the entry it credits. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
