PNPM 12 has now entered the release candidate stage without notable breaking changes (it's like PNPM 11 but in Rust). #3605 makes it seem that allowing version 12 is trivial, but I'm submitting this request in hopes that the JFrog CLI won't need another 4 months after the final release :)
