Claim. The replay assertion does not exercise the production replay path, which supplies no Issue.

Failure scenario. an_order_recorded_off_its_stream_or_without_its_brief_body_is_caught calls start twice, and both calls construct Some(&issue). Moving record's missing-Issue rejection outside the transaction callback would leave this test passing, while real serve_start replays pass None and would fail before the store could return the recorded outcome. The regression needs to replay the command through record with None and verify the original answer and unchanged ledger.
