Replace httpclient-osgi with the standard HttpClient dependencies and remove redundant commons-logging to avoid duplicate classes in shaded applications.

Replace httpclient-osgi with the standard Apache HttpClient dependencies and remove redundant commons-logging. This eliminates duplicate classes when downstream applications build shaded JARs.
